                         Anita S. Yadav, Assistant Professor, Dr. L. H. Hiranandani College of Pharmacy, Ulhasnagar has been awarded
                         a PhD. Degree from KBC North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon. She worked under the guidance of Prof. Dr. R. Y. Chaudhari,
                         TLVES Hon’ble Loksevak Madhukarrao Chaudhari College of Pharmacy, Faizpur (KBC NMU, Jalgaon) and Prof. Dr. S. B. Bhise,
                         L. N. Chhabada College of Pharmacy, Satara (Shivaji University, Kolhapur) for her Research Work. Her topic of the research
                         was “QSAR Studies, Synthesis and Evaluation of Antitubercular Activity of some Nitrogen-Containing Heterocyclic Compounds”
                         She has performed the QSAR and Docking studies, designed and synthesized the molecules. The synthesized compounds were
                         screened for in-vitro antitubercular testing against the resistant strains of Mycobacterium Tuberculosis H37Rv.







                          Dr. Shriram H. Bairagi Assistant Professor,Ideal College of Pharmacy and Research Kalyan, was awarded with
                          PhD Degree from Career Point University, Kota, Rajasthan. He worked under the guidance of Prof. Dr. R. S. Ghosh, Dean,
                          Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Career Point University, Kota, Rajasthan. His topic for research was “Development
                          and evaluation of novel estimation techniques for in vitro dissolution study and validation protocol for some selected
                          antidepressant drugs and their formulations.” He obtained his Master and Bachelor’s degree from Pune University. He has more
                          than 13 years of experience in teaching as well as in research.





                         Dhanashree P. Sanap (Mundhey), Assistant Professor, Bharati Vidyapeeth’s college of Pharmacy, Navi
                         Mumbai, has been awarded Ph. D in Pharmaceutical Sciences by RTM NagpurUniversity. The topic of her research was
                         “Development of Novel sublingual formulation of opioidanalgesics for pain management” under guidance of Dr. Nidhi P. Sapkal.
                         She is recipient of prestigious INSPIRE FELLOWSHIP from DST Government of India for her doctoral researchwork. She is also
                         a Gold medalist in her B. Pharm & M. Pharm degree from Nagpur University. She carried her research work at Centre for
                         Advanced Research and Innovation, M/s ZIM Laboratories Ltd, Kalmeshwar, Nagpur.She share the credit of her success with Dr.
                         Anwar Daud, Managing Director, M/s ZIMLaboratories Ltd, Guide, parents, brother, husband, friends and family members.





                          Dr. Sandip Tukaram Auti, Assistant Professor, SVKM’s NMIMS, Shobhaben Pratapbhai Patel School of
                          Pharmacy & Technology Management Mumbai is awarded Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences in the year 2021 from
                          SPPSPTM, SVKMs NMIMS, Mumbai for his research on “Preclinical studies of some essential oils & monoterpenes in the
                          treatment of Alzheimer’s disease”. A part of his research dealt with natural products targeting brain, standardization of
                          neurosurgery model, toxicity study of natural products. He published three papers in “Frontiers in neurology (IF: 3.508), “Drug
                          Metabolism & Personalized Therapy” and “International Journal for Vitamin and Nutrition Research”. He also presented
                          research work in several International conferences.





                         Dr. Haresh Raulgaonkar, Assistant Professor, SVKM’s NMIMS, Shobhaben Pratapbhai Patel School of

                         Pharmacy & Technology Management Mumbai awarded with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) on April 2 , 2020 from
                         LIGS University, Hawaii, USA. His research, titled “Inceptive Success Factors of the First-Time First-Line Manager,” examined
                         the dynamics of the early stages of a first-line manager when she / he takes over the leadership of an executive for the first time
                         in his / her career. The research establishes a nine-factor model for the success of the FTFLM (First-Time First-Line Manager)
                         in the initial phase of the professional career as a team manager. The research also confirms the statistical significance of the
                         established model. The model can become a landmark force for current and future FTFLMs operating in various industries
                         around the world.
