SEARCHING FOR YOUR IDEAL HOME
Decide Your Wants And Needs In A Home
What do you need in a home? What do you want in a home? What are you willing to compromise? A
family of 5 might need 4 bedrooms, however, they may want an extra bedroom for guests or a home
office. If school districts are important to you make it a non-negotiable need. You may love to have a pool
(want), but would settle for a home without a pool if it offered everything else you need. You may prefer a
home on the corner (want), but it is not a deal breaker if you do not find it (as it is not on your need list).
Speak to us about your wants on needs (must haves). It is important to understand that we will do as
much as humanly possible to find your ideal home, though we have no control over property owner's &
their choices.
We will actively be in communication with you sending you homes to see back & forth based on
your preferences.

you, along with your own login details. This site allows you to receive the homes that your Realtor® best
think suits your wants/needs. It also allows for you to interact on the site freely, liking homes will then
notify your realtor of your interest. Thus, making the process much more easier for the both. If you have
any questions or concerns about using this site, please let us know right away.
What to do when you find home you want to see:
Immediately contact us with at least 24 hours notice & we will schedule appointments to view the homes
in person. It is important to note that some homes are still occupied with sellers or tenants still living in
the home, we like to give them the proper warning in order to prepare for our arrival.
