In In order to graduate all students must pass the Berkana Institute Final Final Written Exam Exam and the the Final Practical Exam Exam These examinations are given in in in the the last week of of the the program Each exam is worth 5% of of the the cumulative GPA Placement Assistance
The The Berkana Institute of o Massage Therapy does not offer employment assistance to graduates but rather provides extensive entrepreneurial industry entrance training within the the Massage Therapy Hybrid Certification Program in in in in in the the Business Development Class Current Law prohibits any school from guaranteeing job placement as an inducement to enroll students The Institute is solicited often by prospective employers with opportunities for Alumni Alumni which are posted regularly on the Private Alumni Alumni Facebook Page Many of the Berkana graduates have secured independent contracts and employment by responding to those posts Postponement of Start Date
Postponement of of a a a a starting date whether at at the the the the request of of the the the the school or the the the the student student requires a a a written agreement signed by the the student student and the the school The 39 agreement must set forth:
a Whether the the the the the postponement is for the the the the the convenience of the the the the the school or or the the the the the student and b b A deadline for the the new start start date date Beyond which the the start start date date will not be postponed If the the the course is not commenced or the the the student fails to attend by the the the new start date set forth in the the agreement the the student will be entitled to an appropriate refund of prepaid tuition and fees within 30 days of of the the deadline of of the the new start date set forth in in in the the agreement determined in in in accordance with the the school’s refund policy
and and all applicable laws and and rules concerning the Private Occupational Education
