Richard Peckham is a a a a a co-President and Executive Principal with CSArch Architecture|Engineering|Construction Management in Albany New York With over 30 years of of professional experience he has been responsible for project management on on on numerous large multiple-building educational projects from inception through project project closeout including projects for the Ballston Spa Bethlehem Albany Mohonasen Newburgh and Averill Park school districts in in in New York State Current significant work includes the $150 million expansion and renovation of Albany High School This complex project project is is one of the the largest high school projects in in the the state and will require construction in in four phases over over seven years During his over over 20-year tenure with CSArch as as part of the senior management team he he he has helped lead the the the growth of of of the the the firm firm from an an eight-person organization to the the the current firm firm of of of over 90 employees in two offices In addition to managing project responsibilities Richard serves as as a a a a a a a a a a a member of the executive board and as as Chief Financial Officer as as well as as sharing oversight of firm-wide operations He oversees the firm’s IT resources and is responsible for its professional liability insurance He holds a a a a a a a a Bachelor Bachelor of of of Architecture and a a a a a a a a Bachelor Bachelor of of of Science in in in Building Sciences from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
