Well, the good news is, your son /
daughter probably already has

than they realise.
There are 10 important personal skills 6
and qualities that your son / daughter
may well recognise in themselves
that employers look for when they 7
are recruiting. They are core personal
qualities and skills that any employer in 8
the world would recognise and value.
Think of them as ‘portable skills.’ They
are, quite simply, skills which your son / 9
daughter can apply throughout their
life and to many different job roles.
The more of these they have, or can 10
acquire, the better their chances of
finding work and being employable.
