                                     C'est toujours l'un de mes livres d'auto-assistance preferes ou aller lorsque les



                                     choses deviennent difficiles.

                                     L'auteur ramene l'ancienne sagesse du peuple tolteque a travers quatre ac-


                                     cords personnels et explique le processus de «domestication» et comment il a


                                     forme nos systemes de croyances.
                                     Les quatre accords sont :

                                     Je crois que la pratique de ces quatre accords personnels peut etre transforma-
                                     trice et soulager le stress.
