A word from our OREA President
What Mr.Morrison is referring to is the reality that although Real Estate has been classified as an essential business we, as a collective, have implemented a number of measures to help minimize the spread of COVID-19.
Measures include fully utilizing technology to keep us connected. Open Houses will NOT happen in the traditional sense, but virtual walk thru's and agent tours can be uploaded to listings and promoted heavily on social media outlets. The utilization of technology to sign documents will reduce or eliminate the need for in person interactions. Agents have been urged to work from home but utilize conference calls and virtual meetings. We are encouraged by the rate in which Canada has worked towards flattening the curve and we are optimistic that "This to will Pass."
