RESULT
The phrase ‘Bahasa Jiwa Bangsa’ is somewhat true because it is the same thing
as knowing the soul of a person. Hence, we believe that every language is the
soul of the races. Literally, we grow up knowing lots of races around us. Every
day, we are exposed to the colourful of people harmoniously which is not weird at
all in Malaysia. Living together also means sharing to each other. The best thing
about Malaysia is that we have so many meaningful religious celebration and
festivals to experience. Either we have different religion or races, none of them
should be the obstacle for us to unite. We are hoping that the scene in the movies
where there were Malay, Chinese and Indian lives in the same neighbourhood
long time ago would actually still exist now. Furthermore, an analysis of the results
showed two contrasting reactions from students. One looks excited and curious
while another just follows the rules of the game and that is it.
Apparently, the reason behind the important of knowing more than one language
is that it can increases the cultural awareness and allows us to communicate with
different people. Basically, all good methods and way of learning many languages
are also included the entail learning about another culture, particularly when our
language skills are at the advance level.
On top of everything, no matter how old we are, study after study has indicated
the benefits of learning another language can improve memory and concentrate
better which other words, give our brain a boost.
