Ducker Worldwide — Managing Director

Mr. Ahn is a Managing Director within the
Ducker Worldwide Transaction Advisory and
Consulting practice and is responsible for
client management, business development,
engagement execution and deal origination. Mr.
Ahn brings over 16-years of transaction
advisory and strategic consulting experience to Ducker
assisting multi-nationals, private equity firms and privately-held
businesses. Mr. Ahn has in-depth knowledge of the automotive
and heavy-truck markets, as well as industrial manufacturing,
building and construction, logistics and healthcare sectors. He
has worked extensively throughout North America and on
cross-border engagements in Europe and China.
Mr. Ahn’s transaction advisory work has focused on commercial
and financial diligence activities, market dynamics, customers,
technologies and competitors to highlight risks and opportunities.
Prior to Ducker, Mr. Ahn was a Senior Director at OHorizons, a
global management consulting and transaction advisory firm
focused exclusively in the automotive and transportation
industries. Previous to that, he was a Director at Beringea LLC,
an international private equity and investment banking firm.
Mr. Ahn graduated from Alma College with a BBA degree.
