Stand tall the same as above Place hands onto the floor and step your feet out into a forward plank , drop your whole body down to touch the floor, step back in with both feet
Send up tall and reach your hands above your head

As many reps as you can in 2.00 minutes
Record your heart rate and reps
    Using the exercises from your assessment perform this circuit 3 times and write your time down
