 How this programme is designed :
FULL BODY TRAINING - Maximum calorie burn. To ensure we bust a gut :-)
CORE AND CONDITIONING - the core is the powerhouse of the body . A strong core prevents lower back injury and helps lay the foundations for a six pack ( if you want one ... ) but not yet !! CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY
This programme is going to get rid of all the fat so then its easy to build a six pack if that’s one of your goals LATER ON.
FLEXIBLE AND SUPPLE - this is key .. we need to keep ourself supple in order to avoid injury. If you have a nagging knee I can almost guarantee its tension in the surrounding muscles and ligaments - foam rolling my friend. Trust me - been personal training on a big scale since 2004 -I Know what Im talking about :-) Don ’t let something as silly as not stretching or foam rolling stand in the way of your weight-loss.
SCIENCE BASED TRAINING - This strategically planned programme means all you have to do is follow it . Stick to the programme and everything will happen for you.
I encourage slow controlled training so you feel it in your muscles NOT your joints
The secret to training your muscles is making things hard for them . Slowing the movement right down is better than adding weight at this stage.
NEVER USE MOMENTUM unless I prescribe it.
SQUEEZE the muscle on every movement and have your mind on it . Imagine your muscles getting toned and strong ....WHILST ALL THAT FAT IS SLOWLY MELTING AWAY.
BELIEVE you will end up where ever you PLAN to end up. Trust in the process.
