With more and more clients requesting unusual and exotic fresh produce, we’ve put together an Asian fruit and vegetable section. We of course cannot list every sprig, spruce and citrus fruit of the continent and there will be some familiar names, but perhaps some that you haven’t heard of – bat nut, anyone?
We’ve been making the most of our locations in the Mediterranean to take a look
at the rich and varied products of the region, creating a mezze, antipasti and tapas blend to showcase just a few of the fantastic dishes and ingredients found here; piquant charcuterie cuts, grilled vegetables and creamy dips. There’s a world of flavours on just two pages.
No matter where you are, nothing is better than the taste of home. For the first time, we have featured South African cuisine and have focused in on the uniqueness of meat products that come out of this southern nation. Aside from sourcing the finest international ingredients for guests and owners, we understand that crew might be missing their favourite snacks, drinks and sauces too!
