Natalie McLean-Reid
Natalie’s background is in leadership, business operations, training and development. After working as a media and entertainment PR in London, she travelled around the world, then joined the workforce as an Account Manager at an integrated marketing agency. She worked her way up to Managing Director for over 10yrs of a 20M turnover business. She developed a mentoring and training programme working with businesses and guest lecturing at local universities. After moving to the South of France Natalie is bringing a wealth of financial and business acumen to crew training.

Sarah Diggle-Whitlock
Sarah has 10 years’ experience on yachts as a Chief Stewardess on both sail and motor yachts up to 100m. She has done 7 Atlantic crossings and has circumnavigated a 50m sail yacht. Since moving ashore she has worked as a yacht broker, manager and as a yacht recruiter, while also keeping busy with side projects such as implementing, writing and teaching Interior courses since 2010; both in France and UK. She loves the opportunity to be able to work with and train crew in the yachting industry and enjoys helping crew reach their full potential.

Sarah Weston
Sarah spent 12 yrs working on and managing prestigious 50m-90m yacht interiors; 3 yrs was as a stewardess, then 9yrs in Chief Stew/Purser roles. Prior to yachting, she studied French and Business at university and worked in Front of House positions for a large hotel chain in central London where she trained new staff and enjoyed working with a mix of cultures. Originally from Ireland, Sarah's now settled in France and is driven to share her knowledge and love of creating a successful guest experience and happy interior team.
