Due to the fact that we spend from 5 days to up to 3 weeks with the academy students. This valuable time enables us to to utilise and get to know them on a personal level, which goes above and beyond the interview stage offered by other recruiters.
Unlike more traditional recruitment agencies, who may never meet their clients or the rest of the crew on board; we are better positioned to provide a more reliable choice and reduce the usual recruitment risks – cutting recruitment fees in the and ensuring a better team fit.
Through our training Investment Programme* we have a crew training fund. 10% of all placement fees are allocated to that yachts training fund, which can be used to cover up to 50% of any bespoke onboard or residential accredited course for a period of 2 years.
