Teaming up with the Seafood School, the Federation are delighted to announce that this year’s Craft competition will be incorporated into the First ever Billingsgate Seafood School Celebration
Join us for two days of Seafood Fun!
Saturday 25th August 1pm onwards

Filleting & preparing demonstrations by Gary Hooper and Terry Martin – two of the First Master Fishmongers, along with the rest of their expert team.
Cooking & Taster Sessions
With the staff of Seafood School.
Sunday 26th August 9am onwards

Who will be crowned this Year’s Champion?
Come along and support our fishmongers compete to take home this most prestigious award. This year alongside some of the Uk’S finest will be competitors from overseas competing for the first time.
Billingsgate Seafood School Celebration

A series of individual, highly skilled rounds against the clock, with the overall winner being crowned the British Fish Craft Champion – sponsored by Seafish.
