Our Usk Vale Bronze free-range turkeys are free to roam and forage from the age of 6 weeks, this freedom and exercise helps to develop and improve the quality of meat giving it a superb flavour.
Our Usk Vale barn-reared white turkeys are reared in spacious, open farm buildings. They are traditional breeds which grow slowly
to maturity to ensure quality flavour and succulence.
A succulent Usk Vale turkey breast, hand rolled and gently wrapped in streaky bacon.
Our beautifully tender topside beef is 21 day dry-aged on our farm, right here at Oakchurch.
