Who is it for?
Our one-day Assertiveness course is aimed at people who maybe too passive, and those who maybe too aggressive, and shows the "middle way" that balances your rights with those of others.

To enable people to understand what Assertiveness is and how it can help in communications with others to achieve a successful outcome.
