Somerville House, a beautiful, elegant, Victorian villa, in a tree lined road, 10 minutes’ walk from the city centre provides ‘boutique hotel’ style AA 5 Star Guest Accommodation, with delicious breakfasts using local and/or organic ingredients, as available.
Rosie and Bill invite you to enjoy luxury and comfort, with ‘feel-at-home’ friendly service. We have large luxurious bedrooms and smaller characterful rooms, all with en suite facilities, with bathrobes and big fluffy towels.
All bedrooms have TV with Freeview, tea and coffee making facilities, local bottled water and minibars featuring locally grown and manufactured products at ‘try it’ prices.
You can relax on the sofas in our lounge, with its cosy open fire, in the winter or in more clement weather, sit out on our large garden terrace in the sun. We will bring you tea or other refreshments as desired.
