Restaurant dining at The Greenman encompasses many elements that blend seamlessly to create the perfect meal. Using locally sourced ingredients, our hugely experienced team offers a tantalising menu, with something to suit all tastes. Steaks are, of course, prime Hereford beef cuts, and a lot of our meat is butchered onsite. Be transported to the coast with the freshest seafood and fragrant dishes with European and world influences. All our meat is cooked using the Josper Grill. Our atmospheric dining areas merge medieval timbers with contemporary accessories and a rustic chic where nothing is off-the-peg. From intimate
corners for two, to ancient curved settles for small groups and long tables for larger gatherings, enjoy the bustle of the bar and open fire or the cosy depths of the restaurant leading to the relaxed snug for coffee.
On warm days enjoy an al fresco lunch in the garden and pre-dinner drinks of an evening, or a warming liqueur by the roaring fire in winter. See you soon.

Whether you have been walking, cycling or visiting the area, The Temple Bar Inn at Ewyas Harold is a wonderful stop for a light lunch, hearty supper, or dinner served with panache and with a smile.
At the hub of this pretty village the Inn was first licenced in the 1850s, and now sympathetically and extensively refurbished by the Jinman family owners, it is managed as a freehouse with bar, games room, restaurant, function room, outside seating areas and three ensuite B&B rooms. Coffee, tea and homemade cakes are available in the friendly bar and the talented chef team are passionate about sourcing local ingredients for their freshly produced, weekly changing menu, and also being able to trace their meat from farm to fork. Dishes are stylishly presented and packed with flavour, with excellent fish meat and vegetarian options.
The light and airy restaurant is a year-round destination, with a particular reputation for high quality Sunday lunches, imaginative starters, and delicious desserts.
