provided with the appropriate level of WRU funding support required, the frustrating outcome is that it has never been given the opportunity to unlock or fulfill its true potential.
Contrastingly it is refreshing and exciting to see that BBC Wales are for the first time
ever televising weekly ‘live’ Premiership matches throughout the season, and it is wonderful that they will be visiting Church Bank on at least two occasions before Xmas, whilst S4C will also continue to broadcast selective Premiership games
yn Y Gymraeg! This format mirrors the Welsh Premiership football coverage adopted by S4C many years ago and will certainly help to raise the profile of this historical rugby town.
May I wish all our teams every success for the forthcoming season, from our Junior Drovers (who will soon be celebrating their 25th anniversary!), our excellent Youth team and our 2nd XV who will this season return to play in the Llanelli & District and Scarlets A league competitions.
Thanks to everyone who continues to support, sponsor and follow the Drovers at every level on and off the field!
Dymunaf pob lwc am tymor llwyddianus heb anafiadau i ein holl chawaraewyr, a tymor bythgofiadwy i ein hyfforddwyr, ein cefnogwyr a’n noddwyr!
Er Gwaethaf Pawb a Phopeth Ni Yma O Hyd!
