Residential training & exclusive, luxury facilities
In addition to our ‘classroom’ courses held at our locations in London and Golfe
Juan, we also offer residential courses from our luxury training villa in the south of France. Fully-equipped for all service-based courses as well as our specialist courses, the villa is able to host up to eight students at any one time, where they have total access to all living and outdoor areas. Our team can also assist them in nding local accommodation and alternatives should the school be fully booked when reservations are made. The villa provides a retreat for students seeking to immerse themselves in their training course, offering a haven in which to relax and refocus on themselves and their chosen career.
Bespoke packages for on board training
We understand that making time for individual or team training can be dif cult on even the most understanding of yachts, which is why we offer extremely exible bespoke training packages. Our on-board butler service package is just one example, as it allows you to select the modules you wish to study, whether that be presentation, communication and etiquette, or specialist skills in speci c elds such as spirits and mixology, wine knowledge, oristry, barista and cigar knowledge (turn to page 18 for more information).

The Crew Academy was established to meet the demand for professional yacht service training at a consistently high level. Since our inception in 2011, we have endeavoured to set new benchmarks in the industry, not only by introducing the only PYA-accredited purser course to the market, but also by elevating the current standards of interior service training.
