Special Cuvée NV
Special Cuvée, an icon among non-vintage champagnes, is the result of the delicate blending between harvest grapes and a majority of reserve wines. Golden colour, distinctive of Pinot Noir with very fine bubbles. To the nose, a beautiful aromatic complexity of ripe fruit and spicy aromas with hints of roasted apples, apple compote and peaches. Brioche and vanilla frame the wine.
Bollinger Rosé NV
Its bronze tones combine with the intense depth of a great red wine to show red berries: hints of red currant, cherry and wild strawberry. It has a spicy touch not unlike the Special Cuvée. A subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity, with a tannic finish is unique.
Bollinger R.D.
This is the result of Madame Bollinger’s great vision: an expert wine with aromas enhanced by its exceptionally long maturation, RD standing for recently disgorged (the process of removing the yeasts from the bottle). This is OUTSTANDING!
Bollinger
Champagne Bollinger was established
in 1829 by Jacques Bollinger and to this day is still family owned.
The Bollinger vineyard covers 164 hectares, most of which are classified Grand Cru or Premier Cru. Pinot Noir predominates. Continuity of style is ensured by an exceptional collection of reserve wines.
La Grande Année
The best of a vintage, in a purest house style. Bollinger’s prestige champagne is produced only when the harvest reaches a perfect balance: it is Bollinger’s version of an exceptional vintage.
La Grande Année Rosé
The subtle blend of a precious wine and a unique vineyard: this is Bollinger’s ultimate gift and a blend between a great champagne and one of the very best red wines of the Champagne region, both from the same vintage.
All vintages are available on request.
