LUNCH PROCEDURES
Please always ask the nanny, if Max and Oliver and her will be eating at the same time as the adults. Usually, they all eat around 12 – 12:30. Adults sometimes around 13:00
The nanny usually eats the same courses as the adults, unless, she stipulates otherwise. Mr Owners always sits at the head of the table – facing aft.
Usually, the family will only have Rose to drink during lunch. Feel free to pull any bottle. Occasionally, Mr Owners, will ask for a specific white wine during lunch. Please always have the up to date wine list sitting by the water station.
The water station sits on the starboard side and the port side is used for any buffet items.
Should the guests be relaxing on the sundeck prior to lunch I often place a bucket with champagne or Rose and offer guests ± from 12 on wards. After lunch, guests often retire to the sundeck again. Be sure to pop in regularly and offer cocktails. Only plastic glasses to be used on the sundeck. Also, if many kids around and there is a lot of activity on the main deck with water sports – please only use the plastic glasses.
Kids will sometimes have brownies or a small piece of chocolate cake or sometimes also flapjacks. Other times, only slices of pear or apple or nothing.
After lunch service, please place the dinner menu out as soon as lunch has been cleared. We usually leave this on the counter close to the stairs leading up to the sun deck or on the bridge deck aft table.
