Deck
NIGHT TIME
When the sun sets (different times depending on boats location) crew change into their night time uniform. Deck need to change into their black CK shirts, (again with only the Captain, 1st Mate, Bosun and Engineers wearing epaulets), black trousers with the black leather belt and black Geox loafers. They also have a black Zara jumper if they get cold.
NB : Engineers wear the same as Deck on charter. There are overalls should they want them for dirty work.
Chefs do not have daytime and night time uniform, they wear the same uniform all day and only change when they leave the boat.
Chef (Owner ON the boat)
When Greeting guests for the first time, the chefs should wear their clean Arrival white long sleeve chef jacket with their black bolt trousers and their Birkenstock shoes.
After the meet and greet, they change into their normal daytime white on charter uniform which only requires them to change their jacket. They need to change into their Kwintet black magnetic jacket if it is night time. They can wear the long sleeve OR short sleeve version.
If the chefs are invited to be with the guests, e.g. to have dinner with them etc, they must change into their white chef jacket and the Peter trouser with their Birkenstock shoes.
