Chef Owner OFF the boat
Interior DAYTIME
If a chef needs to leave the boat during charter to go provisioning, they must change into their White Polo, Henry Shorts and white belt. For ladies it is White polo and event shorts
Interior Crew do not change into anything different for the meet and greet.
During the daytime Interior Crew must wear their grey short sleeve dress with the white/silver plate belt with the white ballet shoes. If they are cold they can wear the grey cardigan. Cardigans can also be used to cover up tattoos, as Owner does not like visible tattoos.
If the Interior Crew are invited swimming with the guests, they must wear their COMO rash vest and board shorts.
Interior Crew change into the black short sleeve dress with black gabor ballet shoes as the sun goes down. Again a black cardigan can be worn if the crewmember is cold or to cover up tattoos.
Interior NIGHT TIME
At all times with Owner On, all Crew are required to look neat and tidy:
- Uniform must be clean and ironed.
- Boys: hair must be tidy and they must be clean shaven.
- Girls: hair must be neatly tied back and make up must be minimal/natural.
Once the owner is off, the Second Stewardess collects each crew members ‘on charter’ uniform and checks it off against their issued list. Items that are damaged, but it wasn’t the fault of that crewmember, must be replaced without charge. The Second Stewardess then hangs the uniform in the wardrobes in the guest cabins, ready to be given back before the next charter. It is the Second Stewardesses responsibility to make sure that each crewmember has ironed and clean uniform before the next charter.
