GUEST CABIN ORIENTATION
Points to highlight when showing Guests to their cabins:
SAFETY
• InformtheGuestsofwheretheirnearestescaperoutesare–Mainentrance/side Decks, concealed Master bathroom hatch, and of the Muster station (Main Deck or Foredeck depending on situation)
• InformtheGuestsofwheretheirlifejacketsarelocated–MasterandVIPwardrobes, Guest cabins 1, 2, 3 and 4 – lower Guest lobby cupboard
• Explaintheuseoftheescapehoodswhicharelocatedineachbedsidetable-inthe event of a fire, place the escape hood over your head and evacuate immediately – the escape hood will prevent smoke inhalation
LAUNDRY
• Pointoutthelaundrybags,whichcanbefoundineachGuestbathroom. Garments will be laundered and returned within a 24 hour period or as close to as possible – explain that we air dry all Guest clothing
• PleaseinformGueststhattheonlylaundryservicewhichweareunabletoofferin house is dry cleaning, however we can arrange dry cleaning at a facility ashore if required
BATHROOMS
• InformtheGueststhatwesupplyBvlgariproducts–askGueststopleaseleta Stewardess know if they have forgotten to pack any bathroom item as we have a stock of necessities on board
• PleaseinformtheGueststhatCOMOisequippedwithvacuummarinetoilets,which cannot accept anything other than toilet paper. Everything else, including sanitary items must be placed into the bin provided
