UNPACKING AND PACKING FOR GUESTS
All suitcases are brought in to the crew entrance corridor and then labelled by one of the stewardesses with the appropriate cabin tag.
Please be extremely thorough and diligent when unpacking and packing guest’s bags.
The suitcases should then be brought into each room, placed on the luggage mat and only unpacked after the chief stewardess has received the go ahead from the guests.
Please be vigilant and extremely careful when handling guests clothing, shoes, accessories etc. etc. If unsure about an item – please ask the Chief stewardess. All items should be meticulously handled.

– ensure this is consistent every trip! Take photos if necessary – in order to remember how everything came packed – in order for you to ensure it goes back in a similar fashion. This time, of course, wrapped beautifully and carefully in tissue paper.
Please note we have “COMO” logo tissue paper and stickers. To be used at all times! A few notes to be considered:
• Ensurewhenunpacking,thatitemsareneat,andfoldedinthesamemanner.
• Ifnecessary,bringitemsdowntolaundrytobeironed.(ifalot,asktheguest,which
item they will need returned by that evening, should they want to wear something out
of that pile) and pass this info on to the laundry
• Ensureclothesarehungupallfacingthesamemanner,colourcoordinated
• Samegoeswithfoldeditems–ensuretheseareneatandcolourcoordinatedand
separate, underwear, sports wear, night wear, shorts, t-shirts etc. etc.
• Ensureitemsarealwaysplacedbackwheretheybelong
• Clothesshouldlookliketheyarebeingdisplayedinaveryhigh-endboutiquestore!
• Jewelryandtoiletriesneedspecialcare.Itisbesttoaskguestsifwecanunpackthese.
• MrOwnerslikeshisshoespackedatthebottomandshirtspackedontop
