PROVISIONING FOR GUESTS
Please ensure all toiletry, wine, food items, drinks, spirits, cigar etc. inventories are up to date. The chief stew can then easily assess how much is needed, to be purchased, in addition to what we already have in stock.
Please always take into consideration, which guests are coming on board and read through their preference list (if already noted) and ensure any special items are added. Also take into note any special occasions, allergies, and ages of guests.
Also, ensure you are aware where supermarkets are during the trip – in order for you to top of fresh items, or get any emergency items. It is very important to ensure all medical stock is also topped up. Please mark down any important items, each trip – in order for items not to be missed.
Wine stock needs to be emailed to Lizzy before a trip so that she can liaise with Owner regarding what wines/spirits he wants purchased.
Please also compare our water map with current stock levels (you will be able to assess easily what we can fit on board).
