DRINKS
If Mr Owners has a boys trip – please be aware that a lot of alcohol will be consumed. It is also very important to have the spirits list up to date.
Some of their favourite drinks are as follows:
Mr Owners:
- Passion fruit martini
- Rum punch
- Mojitos
- Bacardi and coke
- Keep wine glass full!
- Loves, Rose, Pouilly Fuisse Tete Cru, Gavi White, Gigondas Red, Gevrey Chambertin.
Mr Owners has just placed an order of wines which has been sent to Dean at the Villa. These wines will need to come onboard prior to his arrival and stored.
We currently have three wine fridges in the interior: Upper Pantry: Houses champagne and rose
We have also just removed one of the ice machines and replaced it with a red wine storage cupboard. The wine rack will need to be screwed down to be stowed for sea but must be removable incase the Engineers need to get to the hoses and controls at the back of the cupboard one day.
Galley Pantry: Two wine fridges which are filled with Rose
Additional stock is kept in larger wine fridges in the crew mess bilge. Fridge number 1 is not working. They had a look at it over the winter refit in Hythe but it is still out of action and only used for storage. Reds, whites, rose, and champers are kept in individual fridges here.
