The inventory on page 144 should be updated after each trip. Move stocks as necessary. And ensure to update the “guests wine list” from this inventory. These files can be found under the guest section on the server.
Owner loved to have passion fruit martini’s. Please ensure you have a large stock of all the ingredients needed for this. Some popular cocktail recipes can be seen below as well.
Also, keep a selection of berries, passion fruits and the usual mint, limes, lemons, oranges in the pantry.
*please note, the wine list overleaf must be printed on COMO pearly-shine paper (with silver border and logo). When guests are on board, please display the wine list in the Jonathan Fawcett leather menu folders.
