& Leadership Course
Our Management and Leadership course is aimed at developing all aspects of managerial skills and leadership. The course focuses on the skills and techniques required to hold a senior management role; to raise awareness in yourself and others, to recognise the importance of flexibility and adaptability and to be able to organise and manage the interior of a yacht efficiently and effectively. The course covers all elements in the GUEST Interior Management guidelines.
Course Outline
This five-day course is an expansion of communication with a focus on leadership and management. It also provides the basis to enable correct and efficient management of daily and monthly accounts within the scope of a chief steward/ess as well as motivate themselves and other crew members towards achieving a common goal.
Key Outcomes
Upon completion students will be armed with an understanding of the key skills required for supportive leadership, by raising awareness of the impact a leader has on individual and team performance on board and the need to be flexible and adaptable.
Price
Prices are set at €2300 with accommodation is offered to the first who request - only 6 beds available.
Includes all training materials for the five-day duration. The number of delegates per course is minimum four and maximum six to ensure optimal learning results.
