Bespoke Onboard Training
We offer a tailor-made package according to specific requirements of each crew member with a focus on specific elements such as service according to your owners and guests. For example, butler service, royal protocol, silver service or mixology.
When we are developing a bespoke package, we discuss all of the elements to be covered throughout the duration of the course and tailor these to accommodate your schedule. Courses can be held on-site, on-board, locally off-site, or at our residential base in the south of France. Everyone on-board plays and integral part in ensuring that the owners
and guests are happy. We train the interior team and in some cases the entire crew to ensure that the owners and guests are happy and standards of etiquette are maintained. We ensure the interior team know how to work together and deliver seamless level of service.
The Crew Academy believes practical learning is the best way to learn new skills. We maintained this ethos when writing our courses by including live service allowing the students to practise working alongside a chef and serving real food to guests. The matching of practical and theory brings the training to life and allows students to put new skills into practice.
When running the live service lunches on-board, we require the Chef on-board to prepare the meals accordingly.
If modules meet GUEST requirements, training can be accredited.
