NICHOLAS BOOTHMAN
It was like investing money. A few dollars invested
each day might not seem like much. But over years,
with the power of compounding, it could grow into a
significant sum.
The same principle applied to her stress-busting
journey. Each small step she'd taken had compounded
over time, creating a powerful momentum of positive
change.
She wasn't perfect. She still had moments of stress.
She still faced challenges. But she had the tools, the
strategies, and the mindset to navigate them with
more grace and resilience.
She realized that the key wasn't to strive for
perfection, but to focus on progress. To celebrate the
small wins, to learn from the setbacks, and to keep
moving forward, one step at a time.
She decided to formalize this approach. She
created a "Small Steps, Big Wins" journal.
Each day, she wrote down three small steps she
had taken to reduce stress and increase joy. They
didn't have to be major accomplishments. They could
be as simple as:
• Took three deep breaths.
