LESS STRESS: MORE YES
The colors were soothing. Soft blues, greens, and
neutrals. The lighting was warm and gentle. Natural
light during the day, soft lamps in the evening.
The furniture was comfortable and functional. A
plush sofa, a cozy reading chair, a sturdy desk.
Everything had its place.
Clutter was banished. Surfaces were clear.
Everything she needed was easily accessible, but
nothing was on display just for the sake of it.
She'd incorporated elements of nature. Plants, a
small water feature, natural materials like wood and
stone. She'd created a sense of tranquility and
connection to the outdoors.
Her bedroom was a true sleep sanctuary. Blackout
curtains, a white noise machine, a comfortable
mattress, and a complete absence of screens.
Her bathroom was a spa-like retreat. A rainfall
shower-head, aromatherapy diffusers, soft towels, and
a collection of calming bath products.
Even her workspace was designed for focus and
productivity. An ergonomic chair, a clutter-free desk,
good lighting, and a separate area for creative
projects.
