NICHOLAS BOOTHMAN
Stress Buster, which isn't some esoteric meditation
technique, but a simple, immediate way to take the
edge off stress, to dial down the panic, and to create
the mental space you need to solve things for yourself.
This book is your guide to building resilience, one
practical step at a time, so you can move from a state
of overwhelm to one of empowered action.
Billie’s story starts now. And maybe, just maybe,
it’s the beginning of yours too.
To help you gain awareness of your daily stress
levels and identify patterns, here’s a simple stress
tracker.
Take a moment each day to jot down your score
and any contributing factors. At the end of each day,
or whenever you feel a moment of calm reflection, give
your day a stress score from 1 to 5:
1: Zen Master. Today was incredibly calm and easy. I
felt in control and positive.
2: Mostly Mellow. Some minor bumps, but overall, a
good day with manageable stress.
3: A Bit Bumpy. I definitely felt some stress today.
Things felt a little overwhelming at times.
