4: High Alert. Today was quite stressful. I felt
overwhelmed, anxious, or irritable for much of the
day.
5: Full-Blown Frazzled. I felt completely
overwhelmed and unable to cope. This was a very
stressful day.
By regularly tracking your stress, you'll start to see
patterns. Are certain days more stressful than others?
Do specific situations or people consistently trigger
higher stress levels? More importantly, you'll begin to
identify what helps you shift from "less stress" to "more
yes."
