LESS STRESS: MORE “YES”
juggling a million things without breaking a
sweat.
She stared at the list. It was a rogues' gallery of
stress triggers. Each one a potential landmine in the
minefield of her life.
Julian was still talking, his voice rising. "We need
to find a way to cut costs. Streamline processes. And

Billie felt her pulse quicken. Her palms were
sweating. The room seemed to be closing in on her.
This was it. Trigger Point Zero. The perfect
storm. The convergence of all her stress bombs into
one explosive situation.

triggers like a puppet on a string. She had to take

triggers entirely. That was impossible. Life was full of
deadlines, demanding bosses, and unavoidable
challenges.
