Stress Buster
The elevator doors slid open. A wall of noise hit
Billie like a physical blow. The din of the city.
Honking taxis. Shouting vendors. The relentless,
pulsing rhythm of urban chaos.
She stepped out, took a deep breath, and
immediately regretted it. The air was thick with
exhaust fumes and the smell of… something vaguely
unpleasant.
Another day. Another gauntlet.
She was already on edge. The meeting with Mark
