NICHOLAS BOOTHMAN
And slowly, gradually, something amazing
happened.
She started to feel… happier.
The stress didn't disappear completely. But it
became more manageable. It was no longer the sole
focus of her life.
She had something to look forward to. Something
to balance out the demands and pressures of work.
She discovered that the more she said "yes" to the
things she enjoyed, the more energy she had for
everything else.
Her work improved. She was more creative, more
focused, more resilient.
Her relationships improved. She was more
present, more engaged, more fun to be around.
Her stress levels decreased. She felt more
balanced, more fulfilled, more alive.
The "Yes" Inventory. It was a revelation.

making a commitment. A commitment to herself. A
commitment to her joy.
It was about remembering who she was, what she
loved, what made her heart sing.
