Chapter 28
One Thing Leads To Another
Thirty years ago, my daughter Kate, who was then 13,
came to me one day on the farm and said, ”Daddy,
they‘ve opened an aromatherapy store in the village; will
you drive there so I can see it, please?"
While Kate looked around, I got chatting with
Sandy, the owner. She told me she had given up her job
in the city to do what she'd always wanted. I told her I
was getting out of photography to be a professional
speaker because I had met so many people in my travels
and in my role as a father who were like roses with
rubber bands wrapped around them.
”They‘ll never blossom until someone removes the
metaphorical rubber band to release their potential.”
”How?” Sandy asked.
That‘s when I shared my Flowpath with her.
"You know how some people have trouble
connecting and communicating face-to-face?"
