control', you tend to believe that you can control your
outcomes and destiny. If you have an 'external locus of
control', you tend to believe that pressures outside of you
control your life and destiny.

common thing. Easier to blame the outside world than
to take responsibility.
It wasn't about the caffeine, not really. It was about
the mindset. About the way he saw himself.
People like to give away their power. They find
comfort in believing they're at the mercy of forces beyond
their control. But that's a dangerous path.
Because even in the smallest things, there's a choice.
A decision. And those choices, those decisions, they add
up. They define you.
