“Bottleneck” was his euphemism for a worldwide epidemic of metallic tastes, cold sweats, and the violent diaphragmatic contractions of the Truth Heave.
Publicly, he was proposing graduated disclosure. Privately, he was trying to dial back the somatic sentry he had unleashed before the global infrastructure choked on its own honesty.
The Tiered Truth System offered three levels:
Level One: Privacy Mode. Minimal disclosure. Basic identity verification only. No access to financial services, healthcare networks, or government benefits. An opt-out from the truth economy.
Level Two: Standard Transparency. Enough disclosure to participate in most systems—banking, employment, basic healthcare. The default for most people.
Level Three: Full Transparency. Complete disclosure. Every transaction, every interaction, every truth verified and public. Required for public trust, financial-sector work, and premium services.
"This allows people to choose their own balance between privacy and participation," Henry explained. “Those who want privacy can have it. Those who want full transparency can choose it. Most people will find Level Two sufficient.”
