THE NEW MAYRLIFE COOKING SCHOOL
A kitchen epiphany for guests
To help guests carry forward their new-found nutritional habits long after their stay,
the MAYRLIFE Cooking School offers a variety of hands-on courses. In small groups,
participants discover how to prepare wholesome, delicious meals using everyday
kitchen appliances. The programme ranges from breakfast workshops to master
classes led by MAYRLIFE’s head chef, Stefan Mühlbacher. ‘Guests usually experience
their first “kitchen epiphany” the moment they step into the space with its historic
wooden beams and stove elements within the converted, heritage-listed building,’
he says. Further highlights include events with renowned chefs such as Tim Raue
and Haya Molcho, who collaborate with participants to create inventive, health-con-
scious menus.
