What was your first impression of MAYRLIFE?
I’m truly grateful to have experienced the MAYRLIFE
Cure! I recently celebrated my 60th birthday and
wanted to deepen my understanding of my body and
stay ahead of my health. Through the MAYRLIFE phi-
losophy, I’ve learned how to approach nutrition prop-
erly, particularly the importance of eating slowly and
without distractions. I’ve also come to appreciate the
benefits of sticking to three meals a day, avoiding
snacks in between, chewing thoroughly, and refrain-
ing from drinking fluids during meals. I truly believe
these simple habits will be very beneficial for my gut
and overall health!
Is there anything new you have learned here that you
would like to incorporate into your daily life?
I’m going to change my eating habits and make sure
to take more time for meals – without working while
eating. I also plan to adjust my intermittent fasting:
keep breakfast but have lighter dinners. And I will
avoid drinking water right before, during, or for at
least an hour after eating. On top of that, I want to
start doing breathing exercises to breathe more
deeply into my abdomen, which helps lower stress.
Maybe I’ll even give up coffee altogether? We’ll see
how that goes. That was definitely the toughest part
of my detox Cure.
What did a typical day at MAYRLIFE look like for you?
I woke up early, captivated by the stunning natural
beauty around me. My days were quite full but truly
enjoyable. After breakfast, I met with my doctor to
review the results from the previous day. Some days
involved infusions, while others included hypoxia
training. After lunch, I had detox massages or other
medical treatments, along with leisurely walks by the
lake. I ate dinner early, around 5:30 pm. Afterwards, I
often went for a swim and relaxed in the sauna or
steam room before heading to bed. Which, of course,
was quite early as well.
Which treatments or activities did you enjoy the most?
I was most apprehensive about the cryotherapy
chamber. But once I summoned the courage to try it,
I was thrilled! I felt full of energy and in a very good
mood afterwards – I even went back a second time! I
truly recommend it!
Is there a message you would like to share following
your experience at MAYRLIFE?
It’s simple: Please don’t neglect your health, even if
you believe you’re already living well. There are often
unseen factors impacting our well-being – especially
in today’s fast-paced, stressful world. Gaining a fresh
perspective can help us incorporate meaningful
changes into our daily lives. I believe we could all
benefit from slowing down and becoming more
mindful of both our physical and mental health.
