My husband of 52 years, Leo, gave
Ripley to me. Leo lost his battle with
cancer but took care of me by making
sure I would not be alone. Ripley came
home as a puppy a few weeks after Leo
went to Heaven. I think Ripley has been
my saving grace. He keeps me active
and amused. Some may find this a sad
story, but to me, it’s a gesture of love.
Both my guys were and are very loving
and special.
