C. SHORT DIALOGUE
These are the examples of the dialogue that you can use in having
conversation about job. Practice the dialogues with your friends!

1. Nina : Hello, Hana. How have you been?

Hana : Hi, Nina. I’m great. How about you?
Nina : I’m doing good. Thank you.
What do you do now, Hana?
Hana : I’m a caregiver at one of the nursing home in this town

Nina : What’s your main duty there?
Hana : I take care a lot of the elderly people there.
How about you, Nina? What do you do?
Nina : I’m a flight attendant

Hana : Do you like your job?
Nina : Yes, I like my job because I can travel all around the world
by plane

2. Ahmad : Hi, Syam. How are you?
Syams : I’m good, thank you. How about you?
Ahmad : I’m great. How about your family? Are they good?

Syams : Alhamdulillah, they’re good.
Ahmad : What does your father do now?
Syams : My father is a dentist. He works at one of Dental Clinic in
Bandarlampung
What does your father do, Ahmad?

Ahmad : He is one of the famous authors in town. His famous book is
“How to be A Success Businessman”
Syams : Wow, I’ve read that book. That’s a very interesting book,

I think.
