Abstract
The purpose of the study was to identify the kindergarten s role in promoting the national
identity of the child, to develop a model for a virtual museum to promote the national identity of
the kindergartenchild,tobuildthenationalidentityscaleofthekindergartenchild,toidentify
the differenceintheconceptofnationalidentityofkindergartenchildrenaccordingtogender
variableTheproblemofstudyinginthemainquestion Whatistheeffectivenessofemployinga
proposed virtual museum in promoting the national identity of kindergarten children in Saudi
Arabia? The question arises from the following question What are the elements of national
identity that can be strengthened by using a virtual museum How can a kindergarten contribute
to the promotion of a child s nationalidentity?Is there a differencein the concept of national
identity among kindergarten children according to the gender variable?
