José’s story







        Every morning I do strong zumba which is always take on

        Youtube for twenty minutes.




        Occasionally I do weight training for about ten minutes.





        Often after a meal I take a brisk walk for thirty minutes.



        Sometimes I play football or badminton but never lose.




        I always ride a freestyle scooter and often I go upstairs.





        Here is the confinement day program for me.
