Walk, Weights & Pilates  Age 16+
         ADULT                                                Kick off your fitness journey with a beginner-friendly class that blends light
                                                              weights, cardio, Pilates, yoga, stretching, and relaxation. We start with a 30-minute
                                                              walk using light weights, then flow into gentle Pilates and yoga, ending with
