Walk, Weights & Pilates Age 16+
ADULT Kick off your fitness journey with a beginner-friendly class that blends light
weights, cardio, Pilates, yoga, stretching, and relaxation. We start with a 30-minute
walk using light weights, then flow into gentle Pilates and yoga, ending with
calming stretches and mindfulness. Class welcomes all ages, sizes, and fitness
levels, with modifications available for everyone. Come for the workout, stay for
