health emergency or event all participants agree to: (i) comply with any safety precautions imposed by event organizers, (ii) truthfully respond to any screening inquiry
regarding communicable disease, and (iii) not participate in any event if participation would otherwise be in violation of any guidance issued by federal, state, and local
health authorities. In the absence of signature, payment of fees and participation in the program shall constitute acceptance of the conditions set forth in this release.
